COVID-19 

There are specific precautions we’re taking to help

keep everyone as healthy as possible.

We are currently scheduling in-person appointments only.

At this time, please do not come into our office unless you have a

scheduled appointment or to drop off/pick up tax documents.

Please review the information below

 

 

 

I HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT - WHAT ARE THE NEW COVID-19 PROCEDURES?

We are currently scheduling in-person appointments only. 

Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Your appointment.

  • Before your appointment, do a self-assessment for any COVID-19 symptoms. If you think you may have symptoms or have come into contact with anyone who has been exposed, please call our office to reschedule.

  • Make sure you’re wearing a CDC-approved style of mask or face covering at all times while in our office.

  • Only 2 clients are allowed in the office at any given time,

  • We allow a 10-minute buffer in between each appointment for sanitization

  • When you arrive at our office for your scheduled appointment, call (941) 746 1329 and we will let you know what to do next.

 

I HAVE DOCUMENTS I NEED TO SEND.  HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Sending Confidential Documents

If you are sending confidential files that contain PII (Personally Identifiable Information),

use our Client Portal. 

 

Alternatively, you can mail or fax your documents to us. 

We do recommend you let us know if you plan to mail or fax your documents

to us so that we can be on the lookout.  Fax: (941) 479-7947

 

Sending Non-Confidential Documents

If your documents aren’t sensitive and don’t contain PII (Personally Identifiable Information),

then feel free to email them to us  - info@fasttaxesonline.com

You can drop off your documents during our regular office hours (9am-7pm EST, Monday -Friday) using one of these options below.

                 

                 Drop Box - Available 24/7

                Place your documents in the drop box outside.

                We have installed a secure drop box in the front of our office where 

                you may place your documents.

                 

                 Fax

                We do recommend you let us know if you plan fax your documents

                to us so that we can be on the lookout.  Fax: (941) 479-7947

 WHAT ABOUT PICKING UP MY DOCUMENTS?

 

If you need to pick up your documents we can do this during our regular office hours.

I DON’T NEED AN IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT. ARE THERE OTHER WAYS I CAN TALK WITH FAST TAXES STAFF?

Yes! We utilize as many communication methods as possible so that our clients can get the tax and accounting assistance they need.

If you need to speak with a staff member in real time, we’re happy to schedule phone calls.

If time is on your side, then email is always a great option. 

 

If you need to submit any required documents ahead of time. You can do this by emailing/uploading them to us or dropping them off at our office (see information above).
